Pizza is absolutely delicious! Lots of cheese, so I recommend eating with a fork. Will definitely come back next time I am in the area.
The pizza is wonderful, our group had it a few times during the week. Last year the owner stayed open late for my grandsons 21st birthday. She gave everyone in our group a free shot. The people here are so friendly.
10-14-2023 Our group of seven stopped for drinks. Barmaid seemed unhappy when we sat at the bar. However she was quite nice. No food for us but the pizza looked really good. Funny little salt and pepper shakers all over.
Go for some hikes in the national park and then come check out this local gem. Great place, great people.
Good food, the bartender/ server was nice and checked in a few times to make sure everything was as we wanted. The sandwich I had was good, my dad liked the ledge burger and even the smaller version was still enough to fill you up. Others with me said they liked the walleye sandwich, only thing they would change was they wished it was a little bigger but overall we all left happy and full.
With not many options close to the wooden frog campground, we knew we might be in for another unpleasant dinner but boy were we surprised. When we got in there was a large party 45 that come there annually. We sat at the bar no problem and the bartender/waitress let us know right away there would be a wait due to the large party. Not a problem. My husband got a local cream beer and I got a "local" cider. Both were great! I asked for recommendations and the waitress spoke highly of the French dip so that's what I ordered. My husband got the ledge burger. He had no complaints. Everything was good and no complaints.
